As a Food Runner, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, assisting in the smooth flow of food service while ensuring guests receive top-notch service. Duties: - Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure efficient delivery of food orders to guests. - Maintain a keen understanding of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries accurately. - Assist in bussing tables, resetting them promptly for the next guests, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. - Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed. - Uphold high standards of guest services by delivering dishes promptly and courteously to enhance their dining experience. - Work diligently to contribute to a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment. Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting is advantageous. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure guest satisfaction. - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is desirable. - Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
