Remote OPEB Actuary

Leading a small OPEB department, the remote OPEB Actuary will manage GASB 74 & 75 valuations, communicate with public plan clients, and perform ProVal and Excel programming while enjoying an excellent work-life balance. Key responsibilities Sign and oversee GASB 74 & 75 valuations, including accounting reports and liability determination Communicate effectively with public plan clients ranging from 10 to 5,000 participants Utilize ProVal and Excel programming for various actuarial tasks Required qualifications ASA, FSA, or EA designation 5+ years of experience in OPEB actuarial work Experience signing GASB valuations Familiarity with ProVal and Excel programming
