The team provides high-quality, customized rehabilitation programs that integrate Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Acupuncture, and medical oversight. Licensed health care professionals design hands-on treatment plans to help individuals restore functional ability and return to everyday activities as quickly and safely as possible. Core specialties include manual therapy, Active Release Techniques (ART), sports medicine, fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, and related services. The clinic emphasizes effective treatment, rapid rehabilitation, and collaboration across disciplines to optimize outcomes.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist Assistant role based in Aventura, FL. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed Physical Therapists by implementing individualized treatment plans, guiding patients through prescribed exercises, and providing hands-on assistance with therapeutic interventions. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient responses, documenting progress in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards, and communicating changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. The role also involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and safe movement strategies. The Physical Therapist Assistant will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to promote high-quality patient care, maintain a clean and safe treatment environment, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical services.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assisting with treatment plans and therapeutic exercises.Strong Patient Care and Quality Patient Care skills, with a focus on safety, empathy, and clear communication.Experience or foundational knowledge in Orthopedics, including common musculoskeletal conditions and post-surgical protocols.Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date.Previous experience in an outpatient, sports medicine, or multidisciplinary rehab setting preferred.Ability to follow clinical directions accurately, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively in a team-based environment.Strong documentation and basic computer skills to maintain accurate electronic health records.Commitment to professional ethics, patient confidentiality, and ongoing learning in evidence-based physical therapy practices.Salary : 70,000$- 80,000$ yearly- 8-5 pm , Monday to friday - Manual Therapy , spinal mobilzation and ART training included
