This role partners closely with stakeholders across Order‑to‑Cash, Logistics, and Trade Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant, and standardized global solutions aligned with the company’s global template and digital roadmap.This position requires deep functional expertise in SAP SD and global trade compliance, strong integration knowledge across SAP and third‑party systems, and experience supporting global business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary IT partner to Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teamsLead requirements gathering, process design, and functional solution architecture for SAP SD and GTSDrive global template standardization and business process harmonizationTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutionsLead SAP enhancements, rollouts, and global deploymentsSupport SAP S/4HANA migration initiativesCoordinate and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production supportDiagnose and resolve complex application and integration issuesSAP Functional ScopeSAP SD (Sales & Distribution)Customer master dataPricing and order managementATP and availability checksDelivery, shipping, billing, and invoicingReturns and credit memo processingIntercompany, third‑party, and drop‑ship processesSAP GTS (Global Trade Services)Trade compliance (denied party screening, embargo checks)Export control and license managementImport/export customs managementTrade preference processingProduct classification (HTS, ECCN)Customs documentation and regulatory filingIntegration ResponsibilitiesIntegrations with SAP MM, FI, WM/EWM, and external 3PL, WMS, and TMS platformsInterfaces via IDOCs, EDI, APIs, and middlewareEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field5+ years of SAP SD experience5+ years of SAP GTS experience (GTS Cloud experience preferred)Minimum of two full‑lifecycle SAP implementationsStrong knowledge of Order‑to‑Cash and global trade compliance processesExperience working within a global template environmentHands‑on experience with system integrations (EDI, IDOC, API)Proven ability to lead business workshops and cross‑functional discussionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with SAP S/4HANAExperience with SAP GTS CloudManufacturing or distribution industry experienceCRM integration experienceExperience supporting global rollouts and localizationSAP SD or SAP GTS certificationWorking Conditions and Physical DemandsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
