Position Overview As the Executive Entrepreneurial Intern, you will work directly with the Founder.You won’t just be working in one business; you will be helping manage and optimize all of them. Your day-to-day will shift between construction project tracking, Sarasota real estate asset management, and implementing proprietarycutting-edge AI tools to automate operations. Key Responsibilities AI & Tech Integration: Assist in researching, testing, and deploying cutting-edge AI technologies to automate workflows. Operations Support: Help coordinate project pipelines and logistics for both the General Contracting and Electrical Contracting businesses servicing the Suncoast area. Real Estate Portfolio Management: Assist with property data analysis, local market research, tenant communications, and tracking portfolio metrics for our Florida properties. Executive Shadowing & Execution: Sit in on strategic meetings, take actionable notes, and follow up on critical business development tasks. Digital Organization: Keep CRM systems, project management software, and AI databases clean, updated, and efficient. Who You Are (Qualifications) The Ultimate Generalist: You are highly adaptable. Tech-Forward: You don't just use ChatGPT; you understand the broader AI landscape, automation tools (like Zapier, Make, or custom APIs), and love figuring out how to make software talk to each other. Problem Solver: You don’t just bring problems to the table; you bring three potential solutions. High Organization: You can juggle multiple tasks across different industries without letting balls drop. Local to the Area: Must be able to reliably commute/work in the Sarasota area.
