About the Opportunity:The Remote Client Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of assigned healthcare accounts. The position ensures operational efficiency, compliance with release of information protocols, and high levels of customer satisfaction. This role contributes to meeting facility revenue goals and supports staff training and management, thereby maintaining the integrity and quality of medical records services.3. Responsibilities:Respond to client and Release of Information Specialist inquiries.Ensure facility revenue goals are consistently met.Identify and recommend productivity improvements.Comply with release of information functions per service agreements.Prepare weekly dashboards and month-end operational reports.Monitor productivity and quality to maintain customer satisfaction.Assist in training and evaluating onsite and remote staff.Participate in hiring, interviewing, and termination processes.Conduct staff counseling and recommend disciplinary actions as needed.Manage scheduling, including time off requests and payroll approvals.Coordinate workflow distribution among site personnel.Maintain confidentiality of facility information.Provide input on site procedure reviews and revisions.Perform quality reviews and site evaluations.Review and validate release of information requests according to laws.Manage medical record retrieval, scanning, and reassembly as appropriate.Log and document information releases in compliance with facility procedures.Calculate billing and prepare invoices when required.Certify medical record copies as appropriate.Attend mandatory meetings and training.Ensure availability of necessary supplies at facilities.Submit travel expense reports with receipts promptly.Follow and guide adherence to company policies.Perform other duties as needed to support department and organizational goals.4. Requirements:High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.RHIT Certification preferred.Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.Effective communication skills with clients, staff, and management.Experience with medical records or healthcare is beneficial.Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required.Medical terminology coursework preferred.RHIT certification or successful completion of ROI Certification course (minimum 85% score within 90 days) required.Ability to travel.5.
