In this role, you will help plan, execute, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Retail Media, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-performance retail media strategies that drive growth and visibility on Amazon. This is a unique opportunity for someone ready to deepen their Amazon Ads experience while working with a household-name brand in the fast-evolving retail media landscape.Key Responsibilities:Support management of on-site Amazon paid media activity (Sponsored Ads, DSP) to meet business objectives and goals, with a focus on Amazon DSPParticipate in Amazon media strategy and tactical planning, assisting the team in media proposalsBuild and execute Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns, inclusive of keyword mining, category trends, competitor research, audience strategies, negative targeting, etc.Manage pacing and monthly budgets, optimal allocation between ad formats, bidding and related settings, spend reconciliation and other related financial upkeepAnalyze performance for optimizations and prepare report share-outs, identifying actionable insights and opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Channel Marketing, Creative, and Sales to ensure holistic planning and executionIdentify and implement testing opportunities to drive performance improvements and contribute to broader strategic initiativesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field preferred1 of experience in retail media, managing Amazon DSP activations within an in-house, digital marketing, or advertising agency settingInterest in or familiarity with retail media platforms such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, or Walmart Connect a plusStrong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to develop data-driven insightsHighly organized, with a strong work ethic and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and relationship management skills with ability to work with cross-functional teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated with a passion for learning new tools and technologies
