We promise to know you and help you.CLA, one of the nation’s largest public accounting and professional services firm is currently seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our growing Enterprise Business Solutions team.Position SummaryThe Sr. IT Business Analyst will support and translate business needs into technical requirements for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems or processes. They also ensure all solutions support and conform to business needs and specifications. They will interact on a regular basis with other IT architects and team members, business users, Managers, and Principals. They will also work with external vendors. The position allows you the opportunity to work from home as well! This opportunity provides growth, skill advancement and work life balance.Business AnalysisAs a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will:Collaborate with business groups to identify, document and communicate business needs and provide IT solutionsPerform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications and functionsDocument, analyze and assess current business processes and underlying systems/applicationsPlan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirementsProject PlanningFacilitate requirements elicitation sessions and walkthroughs with business and IT resourcesAnswer questions and clarify requirements for projects and enhancements during the estimation processProduce timely and high-quality requirements-related work products, including requirement specifications, process flows, mock-ups and qualificationsCollaborate with other departments and IT to develop business cases associated with new project requestsSystems SupportPlan, facilitate and execute system/functional testing and UAT for projects and enhancementsUnderstand the relationships, dependencies and impact of neighboring business functionsKnowledge of core systems, applications and technical platformsCoordinate tactical-related business requests for IT development enhancementsTechnical CompetenciesProficient in modeling/mapping as-is and to-be business processes, test planning, test case development and execution.Proficiency with Agile / Lean methodologies, Microsoft Project, Office, Azure DevOps and process mapping applications.As Our Ideal Candidate, You Have5 years of relevant experience required.Bachelor's degree is required.
