Senior HELOC Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr HELOC Consumer Operations Analyst. Key Responsibilities Monitor team performance using QC metrics and trend analysis to identify systemic risks and improvement opportunities Analyze recurring and cross portfolio issues; determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventative actions Develop and maintain job aids, analytical tools, and documentation to support consistent execution and risk mitigation Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred Prior Senior Analyst experience a must Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer lines of credit, with a strong focus on HELOCs At least 10 years of hands-on experience with MSP, specifically within the Consumer Loan Workstation Proven ability to manage fraud detection and prevention strategies related to credit advances
