**THIS ROLE REQUIRES RELOCATION TO THE RENO, NV AREA**Luxury resort is seeking a talented well-rounded Executive Chef to lead the award-winning food and beverage operation. Looking for an accomplished chef with proven experience overseeing dynamic, large scale, multi-outlet hotels. Strong benefits!Executive Chef Responsibilities:Provide strategic oversight of multiple culinary outlets, ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellenceProactively manage costs, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to meet or exceed property goalsEnsure all food meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfactionRecruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary teamFoster a culture of respect, fairness, recognition, and team engagementMaintain proper ordering, inventory controls, and administrative systemsLead all cost control initiatives, including labor and food cost managementUphold best practices for safety and sanitation in the kitchenExecutive Chef Preferred Requirements:6+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef (Culinary Director, Chef & B) of a respected culinary program overseeing at least 5 outlets doing 30 MIL+ in F&B revenueProven background in high-end hotels or complex multi-outlet environments featuring multiple cuisines and service modelsAny Forbes training a plusCulinary degree a plusStrong financial acumen with expert-level knowledge of P&L management, inventory systems, and cost controlsExceptional leadership presence and communication skillsCreative, innovative approach to menu development and team engagementExceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safetyFlexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays**THIS ROLE REQUIRES RELOCATION TO THE RENO, NV AREA**Compensation Package Includes:Base Salary in the range of $150k-$180kBonus programMedical benefits401k + matchingPTO planTuition reimbursementRelocation Assistance
