Specialist, Power Solutions

The Specialist, Power Solution designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decisions across the business. This role is equal parts technical problem-solver, visual storyteller, and collaborative partner. The Specialist, Power Solution brings data to life through Power BI.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data modelsPartner with stakeholders to gather and translate business reporting requirementsOptimize and maintain Power BI datasets and data pipelinesImplement data governance, role-based access, and best practicesPartner with business teams to identify new data opportunities and automation enhancementsStay current on Power Platform innovations, recommending improvements and integrationsRequired Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI development in a business or enterprise environmentBachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related fieldExpert in Microsoft Power BISkilled in SQL/Data WarehousingProficient in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)Expert in data visualization and storytellingProficient in Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory)Referring QualificationsMicrosoft Certified – Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalentExcellent problem solving, analytical, and collaboration skillsStrong communication abilities to translate concepts into business insightsExperience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer-facing industriesFamiliarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systemsKnowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOpsExposure to Power Platform integration and governance practicesAdvanced data modeling and visualization design principlesBehavioral Traits for SuccessEnjoys being recognized for the quality of their workWillingness to work within established standards, guidelines, and proceduresDevelops strong job knowledge and competencyStrong commitment to tasks being completed correctly and on timeThrives in a structured environmentHappy accomplishing work as an individualCan work harmoniously with othersCommunication is factual, polite, and professionalWorking EnvironmentTypical office environment with climate control and sufficient lighting, ergonomic desk/chairsHybrid work scheduleYour Performance Will Be Measured OnYour performance will be measured by your ability to achieve annual department objectives and corporate goals which include but are not limited to the following.Decision-making, judgment, and executionAccuracy and adoption of dashboardsCommunicationClarity of deliverablesPerformance metricsReduced errorsReliability of reportsCompliance with standardsAudit readinessStakeholder FeedbackJ-18808-Ljbffr
