Role Name: Open text Functional ArchitectLocation: Remote - Atlanta, USJOB DESCRIPTION• Define and maintain:o ArchiveLink document typeso SAP object linkso Content repositorieso Retention categories and storage rules• Work with technical teams to configure connections between SAP and Archive Server.• Validate archive policies for structured and unstructured documents.• Strong understanding of enterprise archiving concepts.Experience with:• OpenText Archive Server• SAP ArchiveLink• SAP Content Repository configuration• OpenText Document Access• OpenText Content Suite or xECMKnowledge of document retention and compliance policies.Functional understanding of SAP modules such as:• FI (Finance)• MM (Materials Management)• SD (Sales & Distribution)• HR / HCM (optional)Ability to map SAP business objects to archive document types.Primary Skills: Expert in OpenText Document Archive Configuration for SAP.
