Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns in a dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting. Key Responsibilities:* Deliver comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU, monitoring vital signs and responding to critical changes.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Support families through education and compassionate communication during their infants hospital stay.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records aligned with hospital policies and procedures.Qualifications:* Current RN license with NICU, Neonatal, or Perinatal nursing experience.
* Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and monitoring.
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environments.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Schedule & Assignment Details:* 8-week travel assignment.
* Full-time equivalencies available at 0.9 or 1.2 FTE.
* 12-hour shifts available during day or night hours.
