Front Line Cashier

Job Description A Hardee&#39;s Front Line Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while also taking orders, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. They also handle cash and credit card transactions, suggest menu items, and assist in stocking the beverage bar. Key Responsibilities:Customer Service: Provide a positive and memorable customer experience. Order Taking: Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system. Cash Handling: Process payments (cash, credit, debit) and manage the cash drawer. Dining Area Maintenance: Clean tables, bus tables, and maintain a tidy dining environment. Product Knowledge: Answer customer questions about the menu and suggest items. Stocking: Stock beverage bar and other areas as needed. Cleaning: Perform cleaning tasks as assigned. Follow Procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications:Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact positively and professionally with customers. Math Skills: Ability to calculate change and perform basic math. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Organization and Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items, and move around the restaurant. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
