As an Operator 3, you will contribute across all phases of the production and packaging process by operating automated equipment, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and supporting efficient, team‑oriented production to meet customer demand.Shift & ScheduleShift: 1stHours: 6AM – 2:30PMWeekend availability: RequiredCore Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment to ensure products meet Aspire Bakeries’ quality and food safety specificationsPerform equipment setup, start‑ups, changeovers, and shutdowns to support efficient production flowIdentify equipment issues, make minor adjustments, and escalate mechanical concerns as appropriateMaintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety policies, and sanitation standardsAccurately complete required production documentation and reportsSupport preventative maintenance, equipment hygiene, and clean work environmentsCollaborate with bakery team members to achieve production goals and maintain efficienciesMinimum Qualifications (What You Bring To The Table)Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experienceAbility to read, write, and perform basic mathStrong communication and observational skillsProven ability to troubleshoot equipment and product issuesAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changeMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and working around moving machineryPreferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients For Success)High school diploma or equivalentFood manufacturing or bakery production experienceBasic computer skillsExperience working in team‑based production environmentsAspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
