Office Cleaner
ROOM CLEANING: Two Times Per Week, not on consecutive days: Description of tasks: 1. Vacuuming. Vacuuming of carpets is done using a mechanical beater or powered brush type carpet vacuum machine. Includes the removal of gum and spots. Floor should be free of lint, dust, dirt, food particles and gum spots. Clean under desks and use hose to get close to walls and corners.
This is for a serious candidate (Only) Applicant will work 2-3 hours per visit and twice per week. The cleaning schedules will be after hours 5pm to when work is done.

Qualifications
- Cleaning experience in commercial settings
- Janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to perform floor care tasks effectively
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures
- Experience in porter duties and maintenance tasks
- Ability to buff floors is a plus
