Infrastructure Design CoordinatorLocation: Harrisburg, PA | Duration: 3 months | Remote/HybridThis role involves:Developing and modifying floorplans for building A/V systems, video conferencing, IoT devices, network drops, etc.Working with floorplans and possessing knowledge of infrastructure design and general building construction.Identifying problems and offering solutions within Space Optimization and Utilization Project (SOUP) designs.Attending meetings on space design and planning.Serving as a liaison to Workplace Solutions management.Using Bluebeam Revu and other software for design.Collaborating with the Department of General Services Bureau of Real Estate and/or Capital Programs, vendors, lessors, and contractors involved in SOUP projects.Working closely with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conference teams.Key Skills:Must have the ability to design and modify floorplans for AV, telecom, IoT, and network infrastructure.Strong understanding of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings.Problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions within space planning (SOUP) designs.Effective participation in design and planning meetings.Strong communication and coordination skills to serve as a liaison with Workplace Solutions.Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and related design software.Experience collaborating with real estate teams, contractors, vendors, and government agencies.Ability to work closely with Enterprise Telecom, Network Operations, and Video Conferencing teams.Must have:Strong understanding of building infrastructure, construction processes, and architectural drawings (2 Years)Problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose solutions within space planning (SOUP) designs (2 Years)Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and related design software (2 Years)Ability to design and modify floorplans for AV, telecom, IoT, and network infrastructure (2 Years)
