Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description Join our fast-paced, high-energy Carlos Martinez State Farm agency. We are dedicated to helping our community manage the risks of everyday life. We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented professional to grow our book of business through meaningful, needs-based conversations. As a key member of our team, you will help clients protect what matters most by offering a comprehensive suite of insurance and financial products.** Key Responsibilities**** Customer Service** : Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including handling inquiries regarding eligibility, coverages, policy changes, and billing.** Policy Reviews** : Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options and tailor plans to their goals.** Relationship Management** : Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and networking.** Goal Achievement** : Work closely with the agent to meet individual and office monthly marketing goals and sales quotas.Required Licensing (Must be obtained for hire)** Property & Casualty (P&C) License**: Required to sell and service auto, home, and business insurance.** Life & Health (L&H) License**: Required to sell and service life and disability insurance.** Background Check** : Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check as required by state regulations.** Compensation & Benefits**** Annual Salary** : $50,000 to $65,000 based on experience. Plus signing bonus of $3,000. after 90 days of successful Licensing.** Bonuses** : Earn additional income through bonuses on new business.** 401(k) Retirement Plan** : Retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions.** Health Insurance** : Medical insurance coverage or a monthly health insurance stipend ($300/month).** Paid Time Off (PTO)** : Paid vacation, personal days, and sick leave.** Career Advancement** : Mentorship for those interested in the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program to eventually own their own agency.Note: State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
