This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work within multiple school settings in Fayetteville, NC. Serving elementary, middle, and high school students, this role involves travel between various school sites throughout the school year. The position spans from August 13, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week.Qualifications and Experience:Active North Carolina SLPA license requiredExperience working as an SLPA in school settings strongly preferredAbility to manage a caseload that spans elementary, middle, and high school studentsComfortable with travel between multiple school sitesStrong communication skills and adaptability in diverse educational environmentsResponsibilities:Assist speech-language pathologists with therapy and interventions for students with speech, language, and communication needsImplement assigned therapy plans under supervision and document student progressSupport individualized education program (IEP) goals and coordinate with educational staff and familiesTravel to multiple school locations to provide onsite services throughout the school dayBenefits include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans along with 401(k) retirement options.
