Accrued paid time off and generous sick leave Training opportunities that may lead to advancementQualificationsEssential Functions:Serve as a member of the Quick Response Team, providing crisis prevention, intervention, and emergency response supportProtect client personnel including executive leadership, employees, and customers in a dynamic urban environmentConduct threat assessments, site surveys, advance work, and real-time situational monitoringRespond rapidly and decisively to emerging threats, security incidents, and emergency situationsProvide tactical first aid and emergency medical response as requiredOperate and safely carry an authorized firearm in accordance with all applicable laws, company policy, and client requirementsMaintain detailed incident documentation, operational logs, and after-action reportsCoordinate closely with client security teams, law enforcement, and emergency servicesUphold the highest standards of professional conduct, discretion, and operational security at all timesMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 21 years of age.Ten plus years of extensive law enforcement, public safety or security operations preferred.Minimum of 3 years of documented SWAT or equivalent tactical team experience preferred.Basic technical and tactical shooting skills and fundamental combative abilities.Tactical first aid and emergency medical response training required.Must possess a valid California Concealed Weapon Permit.Must hold and maintain a current California BSIS Guard Card and firearm permit.
