This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving multifaceted business problems, enjoys collaborating across departments, and can translate complex datasets into compelling stories that influence leaders.Essential FunctionsData Analysis & Insight GenerationAnalyzes large, diverse datasets including financial, quality, warranty, logistics, and customer support dataIdentifies patterns, root causes, risks, and opportunities across business functionsDevelops dashboards, reports, and models that highlight performance trends and KPIsEnsures data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sourcesBusiness Performance EvaluationEvaluates end-to-end business process effectiveness using data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunitiesConducts cost-benefit, ROI, and impact analyses to support strategic initiativesBenchmarks internal performance against industry standards and historical trendsRecommendations & Strategic SupportProduces clear, concise analysis summaries with data-driven recommendations for operational, financial, and customer experience improvementsPresents findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a compelling, actionable formatPartners with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and support implementation planningCross-functional CollaborationWorks closely with Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and IT teamsServes as a trusted advisor by translating business needs into analytical requirementsSupports continuous improvement efforts through data-backed insightsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fieldExperience in manufacturing, logistics, or product-driven environments preferred3 - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar roleStrong proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and predictive modelingStrong storytelling skills - able to turn data into persuasive narrativesDemonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearlyExperience working with financial, operational, and / or customer-related dataAbility to effectively facilitate discussions and influence without authority in a team environmentAbility to communicate effectively, orally and in writingAbility to adapt quickly to changes in goals and objectivesExperience in fast-paced, high SKU-count environments preferred
