Instead of another app that stops at the match, Lanya is focused on helping people get matched and actually meet. The platform uses personality-based matching and curated date planning to make dating feel more intentional, direct, and less exhausting.Lanya is currently launching in Dallas, Texas.Role Description:This is a remote, contract role for a UGC Content Creator.We’re looking for someone who can create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that feel natural, relatable, and conversational. Content will focus on modern dating frustrations like the talking stage, ghosting, dry texting, dating app burnout, bad matches, and the gap between matching and actually going on a date.The ideal creator is comfortable speaking on camera, can make scripted content sound natural, and understands how to create videos that feel native to TikTok/Reels rather than overly polished ads.Responsibilities include creating short-form video content, testing different hooks and formats, brainstorming creative ideas, editing videos when needed, and collaborating with the Lanya team on content direction.Qualifications:Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube ShortsComfortable speaking on camera in a natural, conversational styleStrong understanding of social media trends, hooks, pacing, and relatable contentAbility to follow scripts while making them feel authenticBasic editing skills using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar toolsStrong communication and reliable turnaroundInterest in dating, relationships, lifestyle, or startup content is a plusDallas/DFW-based is a plus, but not required
