Competitive Salary $75,000 - $95,000 per year depending on Experience Great Benefits Room for Growth 401K Job Details Key Responsibilities Promote a safe, environmentally responsible workplace Lead EHS programs and continuous improvement efforts Manage maintenance budgets and control costs Plan and oversee plant shutdowns and major repairs Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs Support daily maintenance operations and off-shift teams Oversee utilities systems and equipment reliability Manage spare parts, inventory, and vendor services Supervise maintenance and engineering staff Lead capital and improvement projects with plant leadership Ensure equipment operates to manufacturer specifications Troubleshoot equipment issues and support mechanics Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and reliability improvements Maintain compliance with company policies and engineering standards Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams Requirements Degree in engineering, maintenance, or related technical field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of maintenance or production experience in an industrial environment 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems Budgeting and cost management experience preferred Interested in hearing more?
