We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.About The RoleYou’ll be a Strategic AE selling Cursor into consumer-facing enterprises where engineering velocity impacts revenue and customer experience (ecommerce, marketplaces, hospitality platforms, media/streaming, entertainment brands). You’ll win by proving real-world impact and scaling adoption across large product engineering orgs.What You’ll DoOwn a vertical portfolio and net-new strategy across retail/hospitality/entertainmentBuild relationships across Product Engineering, DevEx, Security, and ProcurementTie Cursor to outcomes like faster launches, fewer defects, and reduced operational toilRun hands-on POVs with real repos and production workflowsNavigate enterprise security/compliance reviews and commercial negotiationDrive adoption plans (enablement, champions, rollout sequencing) and expansionsShare customer learnings to sharpen Cursor’s positioning and rollout playbooksYou may be a fit if7+ years enterprise closing experience; consumer/internet background is a plusYou’re comfortable selling to technical buyers and quantifying business impactStrong outbound + account planning chops; you create pipeline consistentlyYou're a true hunter - you proactively build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, creative sourcing, and relentless follow-up, rather than relying on inbound demandHigh ownership IC who moves fast and communicates crisplyOur mission is to automate coding.
