Head of Growth — Hyperliquid Agents

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a  Head of Growth — Hyperliquid Agents - this is a fully remote role for candidates in N/S America. Salary range: 150-200K USD yearly plus benefits. We are building the agent runtime for Hyperliquid — hardened execution infrastructure, a proprietary data layer (Hyperfeed), and an open-source strategy marketplace for autonomous AI trading agents. We have the market leading product, 1,100 monthly active trading agents, $105M in 30-day volume, and we’re scaling from hundreds of agents to tens of thousands. We’re hiring a Head of Growth to own adoption of agents end to end. This is not a brand marketing role. This is a 100% performance-driven role measured on agent deployments, trading volume generated, and unit economics. You’ll be accountable for CAC, LTV, and payback period, not impressions, not followers, not vibes. You’ll own the growth strategy, the channels, and the numbers.   What you’ll doOwn the full acquisition funnel: awareness → signup → first agent deployed → active trading volumeBuild and execute growth across organic and paid channels, including: X, YouTube, Reddit, Coinbase network, Google, TikTok, Instagram and other channels — with a clear thesis on what works and what doesn’t for onchain + AI productsDevelop content strategies around our open-source skills, live leaderboard, and arena results — turning real trading data into growth enginesIdentify and activate high-value onchain user segments: perp traders, algo/quant traders, DeFi power users, AI agent developersWork closely with the product and engineering team to shape onboarding, retention, and activation flowsBuild community and developer relations around the strategy ecosystem (GitHub, Discord/Telegram, partner integrations)Own CAC/LTV economics end to end. Know your cost to acquire an agent deployer, their lifetime volume and revenue contribution, and payback period — by channel. Kill what doesn’t work. Double down on what does.Track, report, and iterate on growth metrics weekly: agents deployed, volume generated, activation rate, retention curves, CAC by channel, LTV by user segment. Every dollar spent on growth must be defensible with data.   What you bring Onchain native. You live onchain. You understand wallet-based acquisition, onchain user behavior, and what makes high-value DeFi users convert. You’ve done this before — acquired real onchain users who generate real volume, not vanity signups. Hyperliquid and/or OpenClaw knowledge. You either already know the Hyperliquid ecosystem deeply (the exchange, the community, the builder landscape, HIP-3, the culture) or you can demonstrate rapid learning ability through the interview process. Bonus if you’ve used OpenClaw or similar agent frameworks hands-on. Social growth expertise. You come armed with a concrete playbook for X, YouTube, and Reddit — what formats work, what cadence, what drives conversion vs. what drives vanity engagement. You’ve grown onchain or AI products through these channels and can point to specific results. Technical fluency. You don’t need to write code, but you need to understand autonomous agents, trading strategies, and execution infrastructure well enough to talk about them credibly with traders and developers. You can read a YAML config, understand what a scanner does, and explain why a trailing stop-loss engine matters. Performance obsessed. You measure everything. You know your CAC by channel, your activation rates by cohort, your LTV by user segment. You’ve shut down campaigns that looked good on vanity metrics but didn’t convert. You can walk us through a growth experiment you ran — the hypothesis, the spend, the measured outcome, and what you did next. Builder mentality. This is an early-stage role. You’ll build the growth function from zero. No existing playbook, no team to inherit.
