Customer Systems Architect
A global technology leader focused on driving customer success through advanced design, manufacturing, and supply chain solutions is seeking a highly skilled individual.The Role Serve as the critical interface between enterprise/hyperscale clients and internal product development engines. Lead deep-dive technical discovery and capture complex customer requirements. Translate requirements into standardized design boundaries and steer clients toward configure-to-order (CTO) solutions. Champion the standardized capabilities of modular product lines and manage custom feature requests. Translate validated customer site requirements into rigorous design inputs for engineering teams. Document recurring customer customizations and emerging technical trends to influence product development.What You'll Need 8+ years in a high-touch, technically demanding, customer-facing engineering role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Applications Engineer). Experience in critical power, utility-scale renewables, or modular data center infrastructure sectors. Proven ability to negotiate complex engineering trade-offs with hyperscale or Tier III/IV colocation providers. Demonstrated history of converting customer site-specific single lines and mechanical plot plans into manufactured industrial products. Holistic understanding of MV/LV power systems, automatic transfer switches, liquid/air cooling loops, and integrated fire suppression. Solid familiarity with SCADA, BMS, and EMS system integrations, including protocols like Modbus, BACnet, and SNMP. Proficiency in navigating and reviewing Revit, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks assemblies.
