Position DetailsContract Duration: 12+ monthsExperience Required: 5+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeContract Type: ContractorTime Zone: America/New_YorkLocationPreferred countries:ArgentinaBrazilChileColombiaCosta RicaDominican RepublicPeruPuerto RicoExceptional candidates from other LATAM countries may also be considered (Mexico is not eligible for this position).About the RoleWe are looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript to join a growing engineering team building modern, scalable web applications.This role is ideal for developers who enjoy working across the full stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to deliver high-quality software faster and more efficiently.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#) and React.Build clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following software engineering best practices.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver new features.Integrate and consume RESTful APIs and third-party services.Use AI coding assistants and agentic development workflows as part of the software development lifecycle.Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Stay current with modern technologies and engineering best practices.Requirements5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.Strong experience with:.NET (C#)ReactJavaScriptHTML & CSSExperience building and consuming RESTful APIs.Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants or agentic development workflows in professional software development.Experience with Git or other version control systems.Knowledge of secure software development practices.Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Advanced English (B2+/C1).Additional InformationFull-time contractor opportunity.Candidates are required to submit timesheets.Company hardware will be provided.The onboarding process typically begins approximately four weeks after the offer is signed, allowing time for equipment delivery.Local holidays, vacation days, and sick leave are not billable. Depending on project needs, candidates may choose to work during local holidays.
