Ability to provide excellent customer service and a comfortable environment. Ability to assist in moving disabled vehicles in or around the service department. Ability to operate the overhead doors as needed to assist customers or service employees and to maintain the best possible shop working environment. When delivering completed vehicles to their owners, ability to thank them in a friendly and courteous manner and let them know we appreciate their business. Ability to maintain high level of personnel grooming, hygiene, and uniform appearance. Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service driving role, preferably in the automotive or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask. Strong attention to detail. A proactive and customer-focused approach to service. Valid Driver's License and clean driving history.
