Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Jupiter, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, handling contracts and negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will work to build client relationships, develop market knowledge, and achieve sales goals while contributing to team success. Qualifications Active Real Estate License in the state of FloridaExperience in real estate transactions and understanding of real property principlesStrong customer service skills and dedication to client satisfactionProven sales abilities and a results-oriented approachEffective communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid environmentExperience with real estate market analysis and familiarity with the North Palm Beach cointy market, including Jupiter, Tequesta, Juno Beach, Jupiter Island, abd the Palm Beach Gardens area is a plus.
