The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of multiple nursing services, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance initiatives, and leading ongoing departmental initiatives. This leadership role requires close collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team, physicians, nursing, and other ancillary departments to guarantee optimal patient care. The ideal Interim Director will be a collaborative leader, fostering positive working relationships, and will be involved in the development and execution of onboarding and training initiatives. Applicants for the Interim Director of Nursing, Pediatrics position at the company must have a BSN, with a master's degree strongly preferred, and an active RN license. Director-level leadership experience is essential, and union experience is also strongly preferred. The role demands a leader who can start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and is capable of leading the department through a period of transition and change.
