Summertime ofhappiness meansfun at TLE®Camp children ages 6-12 years old.Our summer program encourages social and emotional development, teamwork, and collaboration all summer long in an environment where children feel happy and safe.Role ResponsibilitiesPlan and implement daily activities such as games, special events, field study, arts and crafts, team building etc…Facilitate activities with children in an engaging manner with positive guidanceProvide direct supervision to children at all timesAct as a role model for children, display appropriate behavior, and create a safe, inclusive environment of all campers and staffMaintains camper discipline as necessary, in an appropriate manner, to achieve camp objectivesEnsure that equipment is returned to the storage area in the original condition and put back in an organized fashionPerform general cleaning duties including, but not limited to: trash pickup, sweeping, mopping, and room disinfectionCompleting a variety of records and forms such as parent notification, incident, and first aid formsPerform a variety of miscellaneous duties as assignedRequirementsCandidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED requiredDemonstrated experience working with children or excellent customer serviceThe Learning ExperienceAt The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow.Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
