Our client, the U.S.’s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Program Analyst to support EV charging operations, fleet initiatives, and transportation projects for a high-profile client in Redmond, WA.This is an excellent Hybrid 2-month contract opportunity, with the possibility of extension, for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and project coordination skills who enjoys working with data, technology, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is excited to contribute to projects supporting electric vehicle charging infrastructure and sustainability initiatives.Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, onsite Tuesday-Thursday.Pay is $41-$43/hr based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.Typical Day in the RoleCoordinate EV charging infrastructure projects by tracking milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Support day-to-day EV charging operations by monitoring charger performance and assisting with issue resolution.Assist with fleet operations and transportation program initiatives.Track project progress and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and project trackers.Analyze operational data and prepare reports for leadership.Provide project management support for EV charger planning and installation activities.Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure projects remain on schedule.Manage multiple administrative and project coordination tasks simultaneously.Identify project risks, delays, or roadblocks and escalate issues as appropriate.Create presentations and summaries using Microsoft PowerPoint.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.Strong project coordination and administrative support experience.Experience working with data, reporting, and spreadsheet analysis.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting EV charging infrastructure, fleet operations, or transportation programs.Experience supporting sustainability initiatives.Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot.Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and working with external vendors.Background in program management or operations support.
