You'll work with hotel owners, operators, and brands to solve real challenges and deliver meaningful impact.Position OverviewEnseo's Sales Representative is responsible for contributing to company goals for profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage account base in assigned territory with focus on growing salesResearch territory to identify prospects and key decision makersDevelop, maintain and manage strong customer relationshipsCommunicate with customers to explain specific offers as defined by sales managementProvide exceptional customer experience, assisting customers in identifying product solutions to address needsGenerate accurate and complete sales quotesHelp write and send new emails customized to customers based on offersHelp write and execute call scripts customized to customers based on offersSet virtual appointments and perform presentations and product demosUpdate and save lead notes in CRMGain full understanding of Enseo products and servicesPerforms other duties as assignedREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Understanding of inside sales methodologiesHotel processes and technology.Familiar with hotel brands (like Marriott, Hilton, etc.).Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).Ability to pursue leads via calls and emailsFunction well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentUse independent judgment in resolving various issuesCollaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.Motivated self-starter, persistence in lead generationExcellent active listening skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganization of time to meet deadlinesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:1-3 years of experience in salesBachelor's degree in sales, communications or equivalent work experienceExperience with technology solution salesExperience in the hospitality industry
