Description Job Description: As a Front Office Representative at TMZ Events, you will be the face of our organization, offering exceptional customer service to all clients and guests. Your role is to manage front office operations with efficiency, ensuring that all inquiries and requests are handled in a professional and timely manner.Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Greet clients and guests warmly as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming environment. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information about services and events. Manage the front desk, including handling appointments, reservations, and visitor logs. Coordinate with internal departments to support event logistics and scheduling. Handle administrative tasks such as mail distribution, filing, and data entry. Maintain the appearance of the front office area, ensuring it remains clean and organized. Assist with customer concerns or complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Manage office supplies and ensure they are stocked and ordered as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties. A friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
