With a professional and client-focused approach, the company has become a trusted partner in real estate management.Role DescriptionThe Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance activities and ensure all jobs are completed and billed correctly. this role will train techs, lead saftey meetings, help with scheudling techs, as well as ensuring billing is done properly. with a goal of getting the highest utilization out of the techs in the field as well as subs we hire.QualificationsProven Supervisory Skills, with experience leading and coordinating maintenance teams effectivelyStrong knowledge in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance processesExpertise in Maintenance & Repair across various systems and facilitiesAbility to efficiently diagnose and resolve issues through effective TroubleshootingKnowledge of safety regulations and building codesExcellent communication and organizational skillsPrevious experience in property management or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facilities or maintenance management are desirable
