Bankruptcy Law Legal Assistant

Job Description Trezza Law seeks a highly organized legal assistant to handle the pre-petition portion of preparing a bankruptcy petition. In general the accountabilities include opening the file, gathering source documents from clients, and preparing the voluntary petition, statements and schedules. This position includes a considerable amount of client contact. This is not a high volume practice. I file approximately 20 cases per month and we provide a high level of customer service to our clients.
