This role combines customer interaction, sales support, packaging, and order fulfillment to ensure a high-quality experience for customers and partners.This is a part-time, remote position in Memphis, TN.What You'll DoAttend assigned local events including farmers markets, sporting events, retail shops, service plazas, and corporate officesSupport the Event Lead with sales and customer engagementDistribute samples and promote productsOperate Point of Sale (POS) systems using an iPad or other sales devicesAccurately measure and fill popcorn bags, cups, and sample packagesOperate packaging machinery and perform manual packaging as neededSelect correct packaging for each order and ensure proper sealing for freshnessMaintain detailed packaging records (dates, batch info, contents)Clean and maintain packaging equipment and production areasFollow all food safety protocolsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product qualityPrepare orders for online, wholesale, and pop-up event salesSelect and document correct products for each orderPackage products into shipping boxes or event bagsLearn and perform shipping procedures using UPS, USPS, and internal distribution methodsUse shipping labels and complete required paperworkEnsure timely and accurate order processingMaintain a clean and organized fulfillment areaWork collaboratively in a team environmentAdapt to a fast-paced, dynamic production settingMaintain professionalism and sound judgment at all timesAccurately document time workedAttend required trainings and meetingsFollow all company policies and procedures, including:OSHA standardsFire & safety policiesPersonnel and HR policiesHIPAA and confidentiality guidelinesCorporate by-laws and articles of incorporationQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be at least 18 years oldExcellent documentation and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and time management abilitiesEffective interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionPhysical ability to meet job demandsEquipment & TechnologyTelephone (cellular and multi-line), copier, fax, computer, calculatorProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Agency sales and order processing softwarePhysical RequirementsStand and work for 6–8 hours per shiftSit 2–3 hours per shiftDrive company van 1–4 hours per shiftLift at least 25 poundsFrequent bending, reaching, stooping, twisting, and stair climbingFine motor skills for accurate documentation and reportingAbility to work full 8-hour shiftsReasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws.Working ConditionsWork locations across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New YorkModern, well-lit facilities (some multi-level with elevator access)Must be available for evenings and weekendsSafety & Compliance KnowledgeRight-To-Know regulationsHIPAASecurity proceduresFire & safety standardsApis Services, Inc.
