The On-Site Foreman will oversee daily landscape construction, concrete, Excavation and grading activities, manage onsite teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects adhere to safety protocols and timelines. Responsibilities include equipment operation and oversight, hands on landscape maintenance and installs, maintenance supervision, material management, and ensuring high-quality results in line with project specifications. The Foreman will act as the main point of contact between crew members, and project management. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage teams effectivelyExperience with Heavy Equipment operation and oversightProficiency in Carpentry and Maintenance tasks relevant to constructionExcellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety regulationsExperience working in construction environments, with project management knowledge preferredAvailability to work on-site in Reno, NV
