You will combine deep market expertise, commercial acumen, and a strong industry network to drive revenue, strengthen supply, and position the Modern Coins and Bullion offer for sustained growth.What You'll DoCurate, review, and validate submitted lots to ensure authenticity, quality, and commercial viabilityBuild and optimise weekly auctions aligned with release cycles, mint calendars, and bullion trendsApply data insights to improve pricing, lot selection, conversion, and overall sales performanceIdentify growth opportunities, supply gaps, and emerging trends to shape the category roadmapExpand and activate a network of mints, distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectors to secure strong supplyPartner with Sales and Marketing to onboard high-potential sellers and support trend-driven campaignsGuide sellers in improving listing quality, pricing, and presentation while managing feedback and disputes professionallyWhat You'll BringStrong expertise in bullion, contemporary minting, and modern collectibles, with knowledge of release calendars, production methods, and grading trendsProven commercial experience buying and selling bullion, ideally within wholesale or retail environmentsEntrepreneurial and trading mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and act quicklyActive network including mints, authorised distributors, wholesalers, dealers, and collectorsAnalytical skills and confidence using data to price lots, identify trends, and optimise performanceDigital fluency and experience working within online marketplace environmentsFluency in English and strong communication skills, with professionalism in stakeholder managementHow We WorkWe work proactively and independently while aligning with organisational goalsWe collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales and MarketingWe operate in a fast-paced, diverse environment with ambitious commercial targetsWe balance commercial drive with diplomacy when managing stakeholders and disputesWhere You'll BeThis is a 100% remote role based in one of our established hubs in Europe.Why You'll Love Working with UsCreate a visible impact by working at scale in a global organisation serving millions of customers across 80+ categories.
