a {text-decoration: none;}tr th, tr td {}tr th {}Dallas, TX | Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 per yearAbout the RoleOur mid-size public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Client Accounting Services Senior to join our growing Dallas office. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients by managing their accounting operations from A-Z, including month-end close, payroll, AP/AR, invoicing, and financial reporting. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys problem solving, and can independently manage multiple books with accuracy and professionalism.What You Will DoOwn the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial data.Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports for accuracy and completeness.Execute month-end close processes including reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and cash application.Process and/or oversee payroll for clients, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.Collaborate directly with clients, addressing day-to-day questions and providing proactive accounting insights.Support clients with tax-related documentation, compliance reporting, and annual filing preparation.Assist with audit preparation, ensuring all schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation are complete.Utilize Excel and ERP/accounting systems to maintain accurate data, perform analysis, and streamline workflows.Maintain a high level of detail and quality control across all deliverables.What You BringBachelor&#x27;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, CAS, outsourced accounting, or multi-client environments.Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and basic tax concepts.Proficiency with Excel and experience using modern ERP/accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, Intacct, etc.).Hands-on experience managing AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and monthly close.Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to translate financial data into actionable insights.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple clients.A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality client service.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
