We're changing lives. BIG PICTURE: Are you a short-form expert who doesn't just follow trends, but knows how to create them? Someone deeply plugged into internet culture, social media, creators, and emerging formats, and able to turn those insights into original content people can't stop watching or sharing? We're looking for a Vertical / Short Form Producer to help us craft powerful, share-worthy videos across all short-form platforms. This role requires someone who understands the pulse of the internet and can help develop fresh formats, original ideas, and a distinct voice in a crowded social landscape. You'll lead a small team and be responsible for ideation, producing, shooting and editing, ensuring everything we create is culturally relevant, emotionally engaging, on brand and optimized for how audiences consume content today. The goal isn't just to keep up with trends, but to help shape them. Why This Role Matters: Short-form isn't an afterthought here - it's the front door. Your work will be seen by millions, shape culture, and set the standard for what great vertical storytelling looks like. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME: Ideas, ideas, ideas. You have a million viral ideas and know how to generate a million more. Not just following trends but being able to create your own spin on trends or even brand new trends. Ensuring the formats you come up with are on brand and attractive for brands to integrate into. Own the content from ideation through execution. Write, direct, shoot, and edit short form content. Ultimately you're responsible for the performance so you have to approve everything. Researching social trends and brainstorming creative content ideas, while building and executing social media strategy through competitive research. Calendaring content to plan ahead that includes curating content for special holidays, events, and themes. Project managing and producing to ensure pipeline and production process that runs on time and on budget. Coordinate and create collaborations with other content creators to expand reach and engagement. Oversee the entire posting and publishing process, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery. WHAT YOU HAVE: 3 years of experience writing, directing and shooting short-form content with creators or yourself that has garnered millions of views Skilled at producing high-quality viral content quickly and consistently. Deep comfort with testing, analytics and data driven decision making. Preference for candidates who have their own channels. Deep hands on experience on key shorts platforms - TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while juggling a wide variety of projects. Ability to learn new skills quickly and collaborate effectively with our fun-loving team. Open to constructive feedback and eager to improve, always with a smile. Bonus points if you've built your own short-form following or channels. WHO OVERSEES YOU: The position reports to Dhar Mann. WHO YOU OVERSEE: Ideation Producer, Shorts Post Production Producer. WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN: All things creative take place at our studio in Burbank, California. WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS: This is an on-call role, days and hours will vary depending on coverage and production schedules.
