This support personal is expected to support Corporate Tower - Finance and People Systems which includes application like COUPA, DayForce, Workday, Talent Management etc. and no Technical expertise requiredExperience in Production support and ability to analyze, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in an accurate and timely mannerAbility to perform root cause analysis for all priority issuesTake ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolutionFollow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsFollow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills handling internal and external customers.Good communication skills
