We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Landscaping Crew Member who has an interest in being outdoors, learning about plants, and creating with their hands. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and be a part of a growing company. ResponsibilitiesPlanting, mulching, and basic garden maintenanceInstalling stone, rock, pavers, and stepsMowing lawns, trimming hedges, and blowing debrisLoading and unloading tools, equipment, and materialsAssisting with property clean-ups and general landscape upkeepFollowing safety guidelines and instructionsMaintaining a professional attitude at all job sites RequirementsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsPhysically able to lift 40–50 lbs and perform manual laborReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamWillingness to learn and follow directionsLandscaping experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & PayFlexible scheduling to accommodate college classesSeasonal, part-time, or full-time positions availableCompetitive hourly pay based on experience
