Your Opportunity as the Manager, Supply Chain Finance & AccountingLead the day-to-day execution, operational stability, and tactical leadership of direct materials finance. Serve as a key people leader and trusted partner to Procurement, ensuring accurate cost reporting, disciplined processes, and effective onboarding and development of analysts and lead analystsLocation: Orrville, OHWork Arrangements: Hybrid, 35% in office expectationIn This Role You WillLead day-to-day finance operations for direct materials, ensuring timely and accurate deliverablesProvide tactical leadership by coaching, developing, and supporting analysts and lead analystsEnsure accurate reporting, including variance analysis and clear explanation of financial resultsOwn monthly forecasting for direct materials and monitor performance against expectationsPartner closely with Procurement and cross-functional stakeholders to support sourcing, cost changes, and business decisionsEstablish and maintain process discipline, including documentation, standard work, and onboarding materialsDrive and implement process improvements while supporting change management initiativesSupport system enhancements and upgrades (e.g., ERP, reporting, planning tools), ensuring operational stability during transitionsProactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and capacity constraints with recommended solutionsMinimum RequirementsWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field5+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain financeDemonstrated people leadership capability with a coaching mindsetStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsProven organizational skills with the ability to operate in a dynamic environmentExperience with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Excel, Spotfire or similar)Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skillsExperience with process improvement, documentation, and change execution supportAbility to influence and communicate effectively across functionsHigh attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and accuracyAdditional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:Prior direct people leadership experienceExperience working in cross-functional partnerships (e.g., Procurement, Supply Chain)Understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and supply chain finance conceptsDemonstrated ability or interest in long-term leadership growth within Supply Chain FinanceThe Right Place for YouWe are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
