Job DetailsDescriptionShift Lead (Training) – Night ShiftWarehouse Services – Woodruff Area Distribution CenterNow Hiring Full-Time | Apply Today for Immediate ConsiderationWarehouse Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Lead (Training) to support night shift operations at our Woodruff Area Distribution Center. This role is responsible for overseeing floor operations and coordinating employee training, including safety procedures and standard operating processes.Under appropriate supervision and with latitude for independent judgment, the Shift Lead performs a variety of technical and administrative duties related to material receipt, inspection, storage, and shipping. This position also assists in implementing and coordinating standard warehouse procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. Duties require a combination of manual labor, clerical tasks, and data entry skills.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand, implement, and support completion of the daily operational planAssist with or lead pre-shift meetingsAssign and delegate work to support training and operational needsProvide necessary PPE, equipment, and tools to complete assigned workConduct employee performance reviews and monitor progressServe as backup to the Training Supervisor during absencesCollect, track, and communicate performance dataMaintain and control work documentationAuthorize and review Kronos payrollGenerate and submit shift reportsEnsure a safe and secure work environmentPerform process audits to maintain quality and compliancePerform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or ManagerThis job description does not state or imply that these are the only duties to be performed.
