Scale OperatorScoular is seeking a motivated scale operator to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating safe and reliable supply chain solutions for our customers.Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks and direct them to the correct loading/unloading areasCommunicate with the production team to keep operations running smoothlyEnter customer and commodity information into a tracking systemCollect grain samples by probing incoming trucksGeneral housekeeping duties for the scale room and officeGreet customers and visitors (both in person and via phone) while providing superior customer serviceExperience using a keyboard and navigating computer screensAbility to handle standard office phone callsOperating a scale and grading equipment preferred but not requiredMust be able to remain standing on hard surfaces for long periods of time.
