Enterprise Architect, ServiceNow, Nuvolo, Remote, Contingent

The Enterprise Architect for ServiceNow and Nuvolo will play a key role in designing and implementing architectural solutions that leverage ServiceNow and Nuvolo platforms to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions.This position is contingent upon award within a standard 30 day turnaround. Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions in alignment with organizational goals Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into an efficient architecture that meets business needs Evaluate and integrate existing systems with ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance Provide technical leadership and best practices for development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate the architecture vision and implementation plans Monitor and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in service delivery Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the architectural design and application deploymentThis is a remote position, providing flexibility in work environment while engaging in collaborative projects.Requirements Ability to obtain a Public Trust Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and configuration experienceDirect experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on ServiceNowStrong understanding of CMMS, clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitalsExperience supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management), Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operationsExperience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administrationExperience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) environments including upgrades and incident responseExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsAbility to work remotely in a fast-paced federal healthcare IT environmentEducation Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related fieldRequired Certifications(Master's degree preferred but not required) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) strongly preferred Nuvolo trainingHighly Preferred Certifications (these Attract The Right People) ITIL Foundation or higher Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification PMP (nice to have) BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Other benefits, terms applyDisclaimer: Greenberg & Larraby, Inc. will never send offer letters of employment unless a thorough interview process has taken place and all other internal processing has taken place.If you receive one from an outside party and is not from the URL of our firm at @greenberg-larraby.com), please do not respond.
