Pay Range: _$100000 - $110000 / yearOur Perks:_Generous PTO plans, sick pay and health benefitsAnnual bonus based on employment standing*Work from home and hybrid model employmentConfie Enablement Fund/ Scholarship ProgramI-Care Recognition ProgramCorporate Social Responsibility ProgramDiversity, Equity and Inclusion InitiativesConfie Hub and Discount Programs (Gym Membership)PurposePlay a critical role in identifying opportunities, designing and conducting analysis, and developing solutions to drive business strategy and meet critical objectivesEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders (sales, marketing, operations, finance, and leadership) as a subject matter expert (SME) to understand strategic goals and translate them into data and technology solutionsQuery and analyze data from cloud-based platforms like Snowflake to uncover insights and support business casesDesign and build dashboards using BI software, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support operational and strategic decisionsDevelop and automate reports that summarize complex data into clear actionable insights using SQL, Python, and AI/ML toolsCollaborate with Data Engineers and IT to ensure data pipelines and models align with business needsPresent findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership, through compelling data storytellingStay current on emerging technologies like natural language generation (NLG), machine learning, and AI to continuously improve analytics capabilitiesPrepare requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations, including technical and non-technical documentation for Application Developers, IT, Data Engineers, Business Operations, and LeadersEnd-to-end project management from requirements to final deliveriesQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree (BA or BS) and/or equivalent work experience requiredStrong skills in SQL, familiarity with Python, and AI/ML/NLG technologies are a plusProficiency in BI reporting applications (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, MicroStrategy, Qlik)Proficiency working in cloud data platform (e.g, Snowflake, AWS, Azure)Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiencesAttention to detail, aesthetic design, visual representation of data, and UI/UX of reporting applicationsA proactive, independent mindset with a passion for solving business problems through dataExperience in Property & Casualty Insurance or a related field is a plusProven experience with Change ManagementProven experience working in waterfall and agile (preferred) methodologiesPreferred SkillsInsurance industry expertiseSigma Computing Data Mode and Report Development, AdministrationProject ManagementOther DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
