The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the organization's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with its mission to make a global impact through education and play. Responsibilities include overseeing operational efficiency, managing financial performance, developing and executing our 2040 strategic plan, fostering partnerships, and driving fundraising and diverse project initiatives. The CEO will engage with stakeholders, represent the organization on various platforms, and lead a team dedicated to fostering systemic change through Education for Sharing's impactful programs.Qualifications Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management Proven ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning Demonstrated success in Sales and developing partnerships Effective leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills Strong communication and public speaking abilities Experience in the nonprofit sector or familiarity with social impact programs is highly preferred Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field Commitment to the mission and values of Education for Sharing
