Job Purpose/SummaryThe Technical Development Subject Matter Expert (SME) designs, executes, and delivers Knowmadics MSI training and technology programs. The SME also supports the planning, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions and provides related technical support to customers.Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and maintain integrated software and hardware solutions. Assist with implementing MSI-managed network systems to ensure the effective delivery of training programs. Expand MSI’s cyber capabilities and service offerings for existing customers. Identify opportunities to attract new customers, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth. Coordinate with business stakeholders and technology partners to obtain the hardware, software, and specialized expertise required to adopt new technologies. Identify and evaluate current and emerging technologies to develop new programs and services, meet established requirements, protect information, and respond to customer needs. Communicate with the Knowmadics technology team and other departments to support training and software and technology research and development. Help develop best practices supporting Cyber Operations and Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities for exercises and training. Support joint exercises, training events, field tests, and modeling activities.Qualifications Must be able to conduct daily business with integrity. Must be able to conduct day to day operations with discretion and professionalism. Must continue to learn and look for areas of personal improvement. Must possess a bachelor’s degree or have at least 4 years equivalent operational U.S. Military Special Operations in EW, HFTTL, UAS and/or Communications experience. Experience in performing training, technical and analytical work pertaining to telecommunication systems, services, and EW procedures. Experience planning and conducting testing, fielding, and training of EW systems and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Ability to work independently in remote or office environment with little direct supervision. Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. Driver’s License. Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. State Department Passport. Ability to pass random drug testing in support of DoD Secret/Top Secret clearance requirements. Eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance – U.S. Citizenship required.Working conditionsEmployees may be called upon to participate in in-person meetings, trainings, or company functions at Knowmadics offices or other designated locations.
